About Formula Race Parts
Formula Race Parts supplies road racing and other engineered components from Jacksonville, Florida. The company was founded in June 2025 by Nic Zoretic — the experience and team behind it go back a great deal further.
Family racing ties reaching into the 1970s, and more than 35 years in racing sales. Cars and classes we’ve been involved in ourselves include F3, F4, F2000 in Van Diemen and RFR chassis, Spec Miata, Formula Vee, SCCA F‑Production with a Triumph Spitfire, and a number of sports racers. When we talk about fitment, setup or what actually survives a race weekend, it comes from having done it.

What we supply
A curated array of parts for road racing, specifically open‑wheel — club weekends through professional — sprint through endurance. Customers range from hot‑rod enthusiasts to professional race teams, prep shops and businesses buying on account.
We stock AP Racing, ATL, Aurora Bearing, Driven Racing Oil, Ferodo, Hewland, Hyperco, Pagid, Performance Friction, Quarter Master, Tilton and Wilwood — alongside chassis‑specific components for Van Diemen and other marques that are genuinely hard to source elsewhere.

Same‑day shipping. In‑stock items ship the same day on orders placed before 4:00pm EST.
We work around your race weekend. Need something next‑day air to a track for a critical repair? Tell us. Being a small business means we can be genuinely flexible rather than routing you through a process.
Technical questions get a real answer. If we don’t know, we will get you to the right expert. We have hundreds of contacts throughout the industry and we use them — a wrong part helps nobody.
We stock what our customers actually run. If we know a racer, team or business uses a part regularly, we keep it on the shelf and stay ahead of demand.
White glove service. Our job is to keep your operation running — whether that is a single rod end or a full brake package before a race.

Steel Wake, LLC does business as Formula Race Parts. The same sourcing and service applies well beyond the paddock: aviation‑grade fasteners, hardware, bearings, and rod ends for robotics and unmanned systems, drones and experimental aircraft, marine hardware, and components for light industrial operations.
Precision hardware is precision hardware. If you need the right specification without a lengthy sourcing exercise, the catalogue and the service work the same way for you as they do for a race team.
