AP Racing LD19 Caliper, Aluminum Lug Mount

AP Racing’s quality replacement for the industry standard small Formula Ford (LD19), 2 piston brake caliper, in a weight savings, two-piece aluminum alloy body. These are non-handed, utilizing aluminum pistons (1.625″ dia), the same size as original:

• AP Racing part number: CP3696-6E0.
• The AP cast steel LD19 caliper, less pads, weighs 4.4Lbs, whereas these aluminum calipers only weight 1.76lbs. That’s a 2.64lb sprung weight savings per corner! Save almost 11lbs on the car and gain more efficient braking by switching out your steel calipers for these aluminum ones.
• These are designed for lug mount uprights used on Van Diemen, Swift DB1 and DB3, Citation, and several other car manufacturers.
• Lug Mount, 89mm x 19.1mm centers.
• Two piece Aluminum alloy body.
• Suits 267mm dia x 7.1mm thick discs.
• Aluminum Pistons.
• ‘R’ Clip pad retainers (includes two per caliper)
