ATL Racell 5 Gallon Fuel Cell Assembly (20L) – FIA FT3 with Hologram – SA-AA-020 (RA105)

The ATL Racell has been a staple of the ATL catalog since the very beginning. Its unique narrow shape creates a natural sump at the base where the outlet fittings are located, ensuring consistent fuel delivery down to the last drop. The compact configuration makes the Racell a favorite in the drag racing, rally, time attack, autocross, hillclimb, and grasstrack communities.

Each Racell is rotationally moulded from ATL’s unique, tough “hard-rubber” plastic alloy (FIA Homologation No. ATL-565), is all-fuel compatible, and comes foam-filled for anti-slosh and explosion suppression. FIA FT3-1999 certified and supplied with hologram.

Includes:

• (2) -8 AN outlet fittings (can be hard-capped if a single outlet is preferred)
• (1) -8 AN return fitting (for use with a fuel pressure regulator)
• (1) -6 AN roll-over vent valve – proper venting with leak protection in a roll-over
• (1) Flush-fit filler cap with 3″ opening
• Yellow anti-slosh baffle foam (petrol use; specify alcohol-safe foam for methanol/E85)

Fuel bladder swelling: All Racells experience some swelling when subjected to fuels (typically 2–4% linear). Allow 2 weeks for bladder dimensions to stabilize.

FIA lifespan: FIA-certified fuel cells have a 5-year life and can be recertified by ATL for a further 2 years (7 years maximum from date of manufacture).
