Camloc Spring Stud Ejector Tab for 4002 Series Studs (No Grommet)

These spring ejector tabs are used for holding two non-overlapping panels together. Perfect on many formula, sports racers, and GT cars as an aerodynamic method of attached bodywork. Many formula cars use this to hold on engine and shock covers. Also useful for aviation and industrial paneling that is accessed often:

• The tabs are designed to accept Camloc 4002 series studs or CLoc 4000 series studs. Curvature of the tab holds the stud away from the panel when released.
• NOTE: This part is for just the spring tab by itself and does not include the needed grommet or retaining rings. This is perfect if you already have standard grommets and its retaining ring R4G. Note compatible with the high shear grommets like the 40G1 series (too wide, though for small number applications with a little dremel tooling of the I.D. of the spring tab, the 40G1 series grommets and R4T retaining rings will work just fine.
• Material: Spring steel that is cadmium plated per AMS-QQ-P-416, Type II, Class 2
• Mounting method: Rivet
• Tabs measure 4″ long overall by 0.825″ maximum width by 0.025″ thick. The distance from the center of the stud to the center of the closer rivet is 2.950″.
