Full exhaust system for the Van Diemen Zetec powered F2000 cars:
- Includes 4 manifold headers that connect into a single 4-way collector.
- Made from 1.2mm thick 304 Stainless Steel.
- Coated with Cerakote® C-Series ceramic epoxy in color “Glacier Black” (C-7600).
- Engineered for extreme high-temperature performance while maintaining a corrosion resistant deep black, flat finish even in the most demanding environments.
- Rated to withstand continuous temperatures up to 1,800°F.
- Resists severe thermal shock – including direct quenching in water without adverse effects.
- Very clean fitment of the headers into the collector.
- Pipe exteriors were deburred and smoothed prior to ceramic coating treatment.
- Pipe interiors were deburred and cleaned to allow for the smooth flow of exhaust gas from the headers through the four-way collector and out the tailpipe.
- Comes with bolts and cotter pins for header to collector connection; your preference on which securement method to install.
- Stock OEM fitment on Van Diemen FC/ F2000 cars using the Ford Zetec engine.
- Header manifold bolts and manifold gasket sold separately.
