Girling Clutch Slave Cylinder, 7/8″ Bore, Right-Hand Inlet, Hewland Mk series, DG 300, and FT 200 Gearboxes

Genuine Girling clutch slave cylinder, 7/8″ ID (22.23mm) bore, with a right-hand side inlet and bleed nipple. Both ports are 3/8-24 UNF and can be swapped left/right as needed.

Identify this cylinder on the vehicle by the casting number 64673467 stamped on the body.

• Bore: 7/8″ ID (22.23mm)
• Throw: 1 3/8″ (35mm)
• Ports: Right-hand side inlet and bleed nipple, 3/8-24 UNF, interchangeable
• Body material: Aluminum, genuine Girling casting (not a clone)
• It is most commonly used on the Hewland Mk series, DG 300, and FT 200 gearboxes. Note that on the Mk series, the pushrod points down and both ports are at the top.
  For front-engine applications, choose the style which allows the most direct inlet hose routing. The inlet and bleeder ports are interchangeable, so the inlet hose can be installed in either port.
• Has two 5/16″ (8mm) mounting bolt holes oriented perpendicular to the bore and spaced 2 3/8″ center-to-center. Overall length approximately 3 1/2″ including boot. Inlet and bleeder ports are both threaded 3/8-24 UNF (3AN) with a concave seat. This allows the bleeder to be used in whichever port allows the most direct hose routing.
• WARNING: Do not use DOT 5 silicone brake fluid for racing or performance driving, use only DOT 3, DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 brake fluid. This slave cylinder will work with any DOT rated brake fluid though.

Standard fitment on Hewland FT and Mk9 gearboxes.
