Wilwood’s GP320 part 120-15752 billet four piston race caliper is a compact, high-efficiency performer:
  • Weighing just 1.70 pounds, the GP320 was purpose-built to fit a wide range of race applications, including, Sprint cars, Midgets, Mini sprint, Flat Track motorcycles, and small formula cars and sports racers.
  • The GP320 offers four bleed screws to accommodate any mount location and comes with two set screws to close up two of the four bleed screws if desired.
  • Each piston has a pre-installed 3lb caliper piston knock back spring. (part # 300-17297).
  • Accepts rotor width of 0.24” thick with overall diameter between 9.00” to 11.00.”
  • The GP 3230A bridge configuration will accommodate rotors between 0.75″ and 0.81″ thick, with overall diameters between 9.00″ and 11.50″.
  • Brake Pad Options: three non-bedded 6211 pad type options (axle set of 4 pads per box):
    • 150-28-6211K. BP-28 compound. Medium friction pad.
    • 150-40-6211K. BP-40 compound. High friction pad with aggressive initial response.
    • 150-13335K. Purple compound for Sprint cars.

Caliper is full CNC detail machined from premium alloy billet. FEA structural analysis technology was employed to develop a design that minimizes weight and maximizes rigidity against deflection. Full width bridges are reinforced with four, high strength steel cross bridge bolts. The cross bridge bolts are coated for corrosion resistance and provide added resistance to deflection and body separation under high loads. Internal fluid ports with a single outboard bleeder provide quick and effective evacuation of gasses and spent fluid.

Clamping force is generated by four, 1.25″ diameter, stainless steel pistons. The clamping force is spread evenly over the length of the pad to minimize backing plate deflection and promote balanced pad wear. The overall piston bore area provides an increase in clamping force over similar range two piston calipers. Stainless steel is used to resist corrosion and retard the heat transfer from the brake pad to the caliper body, seals, and fluid.
