Nut & Washer Kit for LD200 4-Speed Gearbox End Cover and Bearing Carrier

This nut and washer kit is for the 4-speed Hewland LD200 gearbox for the end cover and bearing carrier studs. Replace that worn hardware that takes a beating from frequent gear changes!

• Kit includes:
  • 10 x M6 thread nylon lock nuts and AN960 washers (9 required on gearbox)
  • 11 x M8 thread nylon lock nuts and AN960 washers (10 required on gearbox)
  • (One extra nut and washer of each size included as spares)
• Nylon lock nuts for positive securement.
• Hewland Part #’s:
  • LD202-10 for the M6 nuts. Torque to 4 ft-lb.
  • LD202-9 for M6 washers.
  • HC201-3A for M8 nuts. Torque to 10-12 ft-lb.
  • FT202-7 for M8 (5/16″) washers.
