  • The system is charged with non-toxic nitrogen. Novec™ is a great absorber of nitrogen, so when the bottles are pressurized they are filled and then shaken to allow the Novec™ to absorb as much nitrogen as possible. Bottle is then left to settle, then pressure checked and topped up again with pressurized nitrogen. This process is repeated until full nitrogen absorption is achieved and bottle pressure is brought to the required level. If your systems gauge shows low and there are no leaks, a top up of nitrogen may be needed.
