Suspension Rod End & Spherical Bearing Kit for Gen 1 Ligier/ Crawford JS F4

Full compliment of genuine Timken Aurora rod ends and spherical bearings to cover all points of the suspension wishbones and front/ rear push rods in the Ligier/ Crawford Gen 1 JS F4 cars the use the inline 4-cylinder Honda K20 engine. Made in the U.S.A. These are highest quality rod ends and bearings on the market and will help reduce bearing play that often arises when cheaper, non-PTFE lined bearings come under hard use such as the kerbing at Road America or Laguna Seca.

Kit includes:

• 28 x XAM-6T rod ends with AN316-7 jam nuts.
  • 3/8″ Bore, 7/16″-20 right hand thread shank male rod ends.
  • Used on majority of the wishbone connections, push-rod, and one end of the rear toe link.
• 2 x XAB-6T rod ends with AN316-7L jam nuts.
  • 3/8″ Bore, 7/16″-20 left hand thread shank male rod ends..
  • Used in Rear Toe Links
• 4 x HAB-8T spherical bearings
  • Aurora High Misalignment Spherical Bearing, PTFE lined. 1/2″ bore. 1.125″ O.D. No Grumman Groove.
  • Track testing has shown these bearings last much longer than other knock-off brands (often lower grade steel and without PTFE lining on the race). The PTFE lining absorbs the shock of kerbs and bumps and significantly reduces bearing play after hard sessions, such as at Road America with large kerbs.
  • Secured via cir-clip in all 4 lower wishbones at the outboard corners.

  • Wide Series PTFE lined Spherical Bearing, 1/2″ bore, 1.00″ Diameter, 5/8″ ball width, w/ Grumman Staking Groove
  • Staked into the front and rear top wishbones.
