Throttle Cable for Zetec/ MZR F2000 and Honda Fit F1600

Complete inner and outer throttle cable assembly for Zetec/ MZR F2000 and Honda Fit F1600 cars, but can fit any car requiring dimensions below:

• Total length is a function of throttle pedal on right hand side and cable needing to be fed aft on the same right side to the throttle linkage. Note that this will NOT fit pinto engine F2000 cars, as it will be too short given pedal and throttle/ carburetor linkage are on opposite side.
  • Actual outside sheath cover is 69″ long.
  • The flexible metal jacket has a vinyl outer coating (6.5mm nominal O.D.) and a PTFE liner for smooth operation.
  • One end of the jacket has 3/8-24 threaded stud end with two jam nuts and serrated washer for easy mounting in a bracket or bulkhead.
  • Minimum recommended bend radius is 4″.
• 108″ or 9′ long inner cable made from high-quality 49-strand (7×7) aircraft cable. Nominal 1/16″ (0.625″) O.D., 302/ 304 stainless steel construction with 480 pound breaking strength matches Mil-C-5424 specifications. Tail end of the inner cable can be easily trimmed for fitment.
  • One end of inner cable comes with male 10/32 right hand thread end and jam nut for connection to a 10/32 thread female rod end for throttle pedal or throttle linkage connection.
  • Other end is bare wire soldered with a clean end to be burr free
