V-Drive Honda Racing Rally Clutch, 7.25″ Dia, 1″x23 spline, single disc by Quarter Master; Crawford F4/ Ligier JS F4 (Choose full clutch or individual components)

This Quarter Master V-Drive Rally 7.25″ diameter single disc,1×23 spline clutch and associated parts was OEM Honda supply for the Crawford F4 car, now know as the Ligier JS F4. These cars have been running in the FIA and SCCA Pro Racing F4 U.S. Championship since 2016:

There is only a limited supply of these OEM supplied Honda Racing clutch covers still available. The standard V-Drive Rally 7.25″ diameter single disc,1×23 spline clutch is directly compatible with this clutch setup and can be found via part number: 198063RY

• 198063RYH- Entire clutch assembly including:
  • 1. Custom Honda Racing 7.25″ V-Drive single disc Rally clutch cover with white spring: 108500RYH
    • Note that the depth from main bolt face surface to bottom is 21.50mm versus the standard clutch cover part number 108500 only being18mm. This is due to the additional thickness of the Rally friction disc
  • 2. Pressure plate: 108502
  • 3. Single friction disc, 0.25″ thick: 126063RY
    • This single disc fits Quartermaster 7.25″ Rally clutches.
    • Not interchangeable with the 1×23 45 degree “Mopar” spline size.
    • Sintered metallic friction material is for racing use only.
    • New clutch discs measure 0.25″ thick.
• 108500RYH- Clutch cover ONLY
  • 7.25″ V-Drive single disc Rally clutch cover with white spring.
