Wilwood’s complete AERO4 Big Brake Dynamic Rear kit with integrated Electronic Parking Brake (P/N 140-18194), engineered for the 2020-2025 Chevrolet Corvette C8 rear axle (OEM rear end, 0.00″ axle offset). This kit provides the ultimate Big Brake solution for Super Car rear axles while retaining a fully functional electronic parking brake – the unique EPB caliper delivers high torque static holding power for parking without mechanical cabling, and is supplied complete with its control unit and harness assembly to simplify installation.

AERO4 four-piston calipers use the same forged aluminum body construction and Type III Mil-Spec hard anodized finish as their AERO6 front counterparts, with Thermlock® pistons and controlled-retraction, high-temperature piston seals for consistent pedal feel. Paired with 15.00″ Lug-Drive rotors, dynamically balanced and burnished at the factory, and high-performance BP-30 compound pads (6617 plate), the AERO4 rear kit is optimized and balanced to complement the AERO6 140-18191 front kit for a complete road-race-ready C8 Corvette brake package.

Rotors mount via Wilwood’s Lug-Drive system to forged aluminum, Type III hard anodized hats, eliminating thermally-induced distortion, pad knock-back, and rotor drag for consistent brake response lap after lap. This kit may fit 19-inch and larger wheels; always check the wheel clearance diagram in the installation instructions before ordering, and confirm your rear end/axle flange configuration against the axle offset diagram.

• This is a road race kit and contains high-temperature racing pads – extended low-temperature street use will cause premature rotor and pad wear.
